Tomato pickle/chutney/thokku

Ingredients :


  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • Garlic chopped 10- 12
  • One teaspoon methi/fenugreek seeds
  • One spoon of hing
  • 3 spoon chilli powder
  • salt
  • Oil

Method :



Grind all the tomatoes

In a pan, add oil, add mustard, garlic(chopped),curry leaves


Add Tomatoes fry them well. After 15 min add chilli powder and salt


Fry methi seeds and mustard seeds. Make it a powder

Serve with idli/dosa
