Spinach Soup

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 250 g of Spinach
  • Garlic -2 chopped
  • one onion
  • Double cream for garnish
  • pepper powder
  • 2 tsp of corn flour mixture
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt
  • Butter

Method :

                  In a pan, add butter, add bay leaf, garlic, onion fry them

 Add spinach and cook them for few min

Remove the bay leaf, grind the mixture in fine paste

Add milk, boil for few min. add corn flour mixture.

Add salt and pepper powder.

Add double cream. Serve hot with toasted bread
