Ingredients :
- 300 ml double cream
- 50 g caster sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 3 Gelatin leaf
- vanilla essence
Method :
Boil the milk, double cream.vanilla essence and sugar.
Soak and squeeze the gelatin leaf and put it in cream prepared in step 1
Pour in 4 ramekins.. Refrigerate for 2 hours
