Panir Hariyali (Green panir)

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 lemon juice or curd
  • 250 g of panir
  • 1 cup of mixed capsicum(optional)
  • mint leaves
  • Ginger garlic -2 (paste)  
  • 2 tsp of besan(gram flour)
  • one onion(cubes)
  • 1 tsp of cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • One teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • One spoon of gram masala powder
  • 1 tsp of chat masala
  • coriander leaves  
  • salt
  • oil

Method :

Add all 
  • 1/2 lemon juice or curd
  • 250 g of panir
  • 1 cup of mixed capsicum(optinal) 
  • 2 tsp of besan(gram flour)
  • one onion(cubes)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • One teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • One spoon of gram masala powder
  • 1 tsp of chat masala
  • salt

Grind Mint, garlic, ginger, cashew nuts,curd in a fine paste 






Mix Panir, onion, and all ground paste.


In a pan, add oil fry the panir and onion pieces , fry them well..
