Paneer Kadai

Ingredients :

  • 2 Tomatoes 
  • 250 g of panir
  • 1 cup of mixed capsicum
  • 2 bay leaf
  • Ginger garlic -2
  • one onion
  • 1 tsp of cashew nuts
  • peppercorns 8-10
  • 4 -5 red chilli(dry)
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds
  • One spoon of gram masala
  • 1 spoon chilli powder
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon of coriander seeds
  • coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil and butter

Method :

In a pan add oil fry (onion, ginger ,garlic,tomatoes,cashew nuts) grind in to a fine paste 




In a pan, add butter. add onion, mixed capsicum fry them



Add chilli powder and salt


Add panir cubes fry for 2 min



Dry roast the cumin seeds,coriander seeds,pepper corns and dry red chilli. make a fine powder


Add the powder and garam masala, Garnish with coriander leaves


Serve with roti/rice
