Ingredients :
- 4 table spoon of urid dal/ bengal gram
- 2 spoon of channa dal
- Garlic - 3-4
- 5 teaspoon of black sesame seeds
- small size of tamarind
- One spoon of gram flour
- 8-10 red chilli dry
- Half spoon hing/asafotida
- curry leaves
- coriander stems and leaves
- Salt
Method :
Dry fry all of them separately
Add salt, grind them in a mixer
mix this oil
