Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients :




  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 400g chicken
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Pepper corns
  • One teaspoon garam masala
  • One onion
  • spring Onion
  • Mixed capsicum
  • chopped ginger garlic
  • 1 spoon chilli powder
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 2 eggs
  • soy sauce and vinegar
  • Salt
  • Oil and butter

Method :



Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric, pepper powder and gram masala. 


In a pan, add oil.. Fry the chicken marination for about 20 min. cook them well
Fry eggs separetly
fry onion, ginger- garlic, spring onions Capsicum (do not over cook) 

Add soy sauce, vinegar and black pepper, Add cooked rice(rice cooked in right way)

Serve hot
