Chicken Frankie Roll

Ingredients :


  • 400 g chicken thighs
  • 8 wraps
  • eggs for coating
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tsp of curd
  • 1/2 lemon
  • onion
  • capsicum
  • One spoon of gram flour
  • 1 spoon chilli powder
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon of garam masala powder
  • coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 

Method :

Marinate the chopped chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste,curd,salt chilli powder,turmeric, garam masala and lemon 

In a pan , add oil fry the chicken. cook for 15 min

Once the chicken is cooked add onion, capsicum(do not over cook)



In a plate beat the egg, dip the wraps. In a pan add oil toast these wraps on both sides
Apply mint chutney(optional)

Fill the chicken filling,roll it 

Enjoy hot
