Ingredients :
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/2 kg of chicken
- 1 cup curd
- 2 bay leaf,2 clove,cinnamon, 2 cardamon,2 star anise
- Ginger garlic paste
- 2 onions
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 kg of Basmati rice
- 2 spoon chilli powder
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon of Garam powder
- coriander and mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 spoon of rose water
- pinch of saffron
- Salt
- Oil/ghee
Method :
Add saffron,lemon water and rose water for garinsh.
close with a lid stem in a very low flame for about 20 minutes.
mix well.. serve with raita, boiled egg and any gravy of your choice
