Ingredients :
- 1 onion
- One Tomato
- Green chilies
- One teaspoon curry leaves
- One spoon of sambar/curry powder
- 2 boiled potatoes
- fresh coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
Add oil in a pan, fry onion, curry leaves, green chilli and fry well
Add Tomatoes and salt. Cook well
Add sambar powder and potatoes. Garnish fresh coriander leaves
Enjoy with hot rice/roti
