Potato Wedges

Ingredients :  



  • 5 potatoes
  • One or two pieces of garlic/garlic powder
  • Pepper corns crushed
  • One teaspoon dry basil
  • One spoon of plain flour
  • 3 tsp of corn flour
  • 1 spoon of chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Oil/olive oil
  • Method :

Cut the potatoes in medium wedges shape. Boil them just for 3-4 minutes



Dry them out completely


Mix all the ingredients to the potatoes. Add olive oil



Pre-heat the oven for 180 degree and place them in a grease proof paper.cook them for 30 minutes until golden brown.





Serve hot with mayo/gralic mayo/chilli mayo
