Ingredients :
- 1 Tomatoes
- 200g panir(cubes|)
- 1 onion
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cashew nuts
- One teaspoon cumin powder
- One garam masala
- 1 spoon chilli powder
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon of coriander powder
- coriander leaves
- Dry Methi leaves
- Salt
- Oil and butter
Method :
Grind this mixture along with cashews in to a fine paste
Cut Panir in to cubes
In a pan, add oil/butter fry panir cubes
Add salt and all spice powders(chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and garam masala powder)
