Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup of moong dal
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 spoon of fried chanadal
- 1 clove,cinnamon, 1 cardamon(spice)
- Ginger garlic paste
- Poppy seeds
- One teaspoon cumin seeds
- One spoon of coriander seeds
- 1 spoon chilli powder
- Half spoon turmeric powder
- 4 spoon of coconut
- coriander and curry leaves
- lemon
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
Boil the moong dal/yellow lentils in a pan nice, smashed consistency
Then add curry leaves, onion fry well, add ginger-garlic paste.
Add chilli powder
Make a paste of coconut, fried channa dal, poppy seeds,cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Add this paste in to pan. cook well for 10 minutes
