Masala Peanuts

Ingredients :
  • 10 pieces of garlic 
  • 1/2 kg of skinned pink peanuts
  • One or 2 handful of curry leaves
  • One small cup of rice flour
  • 2 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 spoon of hing
  • 1 cup of gram flour/besan
  • Salt
  • Oil to fry 

Method :

Crush the garlic with a skin



mix all the Ingredients
Add water little by little in to thick consistency
 
Heat the oil in pan and fry them well

Once cooled store them in a air-tight container. Enjoy with hot cup of tea/coffee
