Gobi/cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients :

  • Cauliflower -1
  • 1/2 onion
  • One or two pieces of garlic 
  • plain flour 1 cup
  • One teaspoon red chilli powder
  • One spoon of garam masala
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil and butter

Method :


Grate Cauliflower, onion and garlic in a chopper.




 Fry the ingredients in a pan. add oil 


 


Make a dough with plain flour and salt

Make stuffings using the mixture

Roll gently 
Heat the pan
 
Cook gently on both sides



Serve hot with curd/onion/pickle. Enjoy the delicious meal.
