Ingredients :

  • ginger
  • curd
  • One cup of gram flour/besan
  • hing
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and sugar
  • Eno salt/baking powder
  • Oil 

Method :

Make a paste of green chilli and ginger, Add all the Ingredients
prepare a batter. let it rest for 10 minutes

Steam the mixture in steamer for 20 minutes

Garnish with fried mustard seeds, sesame seeds, coconut and coriander. cut in small square pieces.

Serve with mint chutney.
