Dal/Paruppu Chutney

Ingredients :



  • 3 - 4 spoon of toordal
  • 1 spoon uriddal
  • One or two pieces of garlic 
  • coconut handful
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds
  • One spoon of coriander seeds
  • 2-6 green/red chillies
  • hing


  • Tamarind
  • fresh curry leaves/coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 

Method :

In a pan, add oil and two dals fry them well

Add other all 
ingredients and fry them well

Add salt and tamarind grind them into coarse  paste



Serve with Hot rice
