Ingredients :




  • 3 spoon of urid dal
  • 3 cups of plain flour/wheat flour
  • Ginger garlic
  • Green Chillies
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds powder
  • One spoon of dry methi leaves
  • 1 spoon chilli powder
  • Half spoon hing
  • 1 spoon of sauf
  • Salt
  • Oil 

Method :

Soak urid dal for 2 hours.Grind Dal,ginger,garlic,green chilli,salt,sauf and other ingredients.


Make a soft dough


In a pan, heat oil. roll the balls and deep fry them in both sides


Serve with Aloo/Potato masala
