Aloo/Potato Paratha

Ingredients :

  • One or two pieces of garlic 
  • ginger
  • One teaspoon sauf/fennel seeds
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 garam masala powder
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • finely chopped onions, green chillies,coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil and butter  

Method :

In a pan, add oil and add fennel seeds, ginger-garlic paste and fry well for few 
minutes



Add salt, turmeic pwd, garam masala and potatoes.

once everything is cooked properly. switch the flame and add onion,greeen chillies, coriander leaves





use this masala for stuffing parathas







serve with curd and pickle/sliced onion
