Ingredients :



  • 2 cups of rice flour
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Ginger grated
  • 1 finely grated carrots
  • One teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 finely chopped green chillies
  • dill leaves
  • Grated coconut (optional)
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon of coriander powder
  • coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil and butter  

Method :

Mix all the Ingredients well with salt


Make a dough


In a grease proof paper, apply oil, make a thin flat rotis


Heat the pan, flip it.. cook them well in both sides

Serve with Butter
