Ingredients:
- Channa dhaal - 1/2 cup
- Moong dhaal - 1/2 cup
- Toor Dhaal - 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies - 3 (chopped)
- Ginger - 2 teaspoons (chopped)
- Dill leaves - 1/2 bunch
- Coriander leaves - little
- Hing - 2 pinches
- Salt to taste
- Ghee ( yum yum )
Soak all 3 dhaals for 3 hours.
Grind them to a fine consistency without water.
Mix the rest of the ingredients ( apart from ghee )
Shape them into any desired shapes and steam for 25 mins.
Serve hot with a touch of ghee. Can be served as breakfast or evening snacks
