Steamed Lentil balls

 


Time: 35 mins ( soak for 3 hours )
Feeds: 4

Ingredients:


  • Channa dhaal - 1/2 cup
  • Moong dhaal - 1/2 cup
  • Toor Dhaal - 1/2 cup
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 3 (chopped)
  • Ginger - 2 teaspoons (chopped)
  • Dill leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Hing - 2 pinches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee ( yum yum )

Method:

Soak all 3 dhaals for 3 hours.


 Grind them to a fine consistency without water.


Mix the rest of the ingredients ( apart from ghee ) 


Shape them into any desired shapes and steam for 25 mins.


Serve hot with a touch of ghee. Can be served as breakfast or evening snacks
