Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 400g chicken
  • Coriander
  • One tomato
  • One onion
  • One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • Two cardamom pods, one clove
  • One teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder), chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder
  • Half spoon turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method :

In a kadai heat some oil and add clove and cardamom. Next add onion and fry until soft. At this poin add ginger garlic paste and mix well.


Now add tomato and the chicken. And also add all the spice powders and salt. Finally add coriander and cook for 15 minutes with lid on.


Serve with warm rice and rasam. 😋
