Avarakkai Poriyal (Broadbean Poriyal)

Ingredients :

  • 200g avarakkai (chopped)
  • 4 red chillies
  • Teaspoon urid dal
  • Teaspoon mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Method :

Fry mustard seeds, urid dal, curry leaves and chillies in oil for 2 minustes. Add the avarakkai and salt next. Close with lid and cook for 10 mins while mixing lightly every few minutes.


Serve with white rice and sambar of your choice.
