Ingredients :
- 200g avarakkai (chopped)
- 4 red chillies
- Teaspoon urid dal
- Teaspoon mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
Fry mustard seeds, urid dal, curry leaves and chillies in oil for 2 minustes. Add the avarakkai and salt next. Close with lid and cook for 10 mins while mixing lightly every few minutes.
