Potato Masala for Dosa

Ingredients :


  • Boiled Potatoes 3-4
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Channa dal - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method :

In a pan , add 2 teaspoon of oil, add mustard seeds, channa dal, onion and green chillies  cook them until golden brown.


Add mashed potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. stir them well.
Pour dosa using dosa batter and add two table spoon of cooked masala.


Ready to serve with any type of chutney and sambar
