Ingredients :
- Turmeric powder - half teaspoon
- Boiled potatoes - 3 to 4
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Hing/ asafotida - half teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli chopped - 3-5
- Dry mango powder - 2 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Plain flour - for poor
- Salt
- Oil
Method (poori):
Add plain flour and salt and make a soft dough.
Make a small ball and roll into a round shape.
Method (Madhura Aloo):
In oil fry jeera, green chillies and hing. Add all powders and salt and the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Add two cups of water and cook for 40 minutes on medium/low heat.
Serve hot with pooris.😋
