Ingredients :
- Teaspoon of chilli flakes
- Teaspoons of dried fenugreek/methi
- Teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
- Teaspoon of garam masala
- Teaspoon of jeera powder/ground cumin
- Two sweet potatoes
- Two cups of flour
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Method :
Simply mash the potato and combine all ingredients together to make a dough. Use water to make this dough into the right consistency. Split this dough into roughly round balls.
Spread some flour onto a flat surface and make the balls into an even roti shape using a rolling pin. Heat a pan and cook the roti using a little bit of oil, until the colour turns golden brown.
Once cooked you can serve with yoghurt or pickle.
