How To Make Paneer Paratha

Ingredients :

  • 500g flour
  • 500g paneer
  • 10 chillies
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder (mango powder)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Coriander

Method :

Add flour to a bowl and make a dough using 300 ml (one cup) of water. Cover and set to one side.

Grate the paneer into a bowl and add chopped chillies, chopped coriander, amchur powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.

Now make 16 balls of dough and 16 balls of paneer stuffing.

Stuff the paneer into the dough as shown below.

Roll out into a chapati shape using some extra flour on you worktop. Cook using oil on a hot pan so that it is cooked evenly on both sides.

If you would like to add butter you may do so. It is delicious with chopped onion, yoghurt and pickle.
