How To Make Onion Chutney

Ingredients : 

    • Three red chillies
    • One onion
    • Teaspoon of mustard seeds
    • Curry leaves
    • Tamarind
    • Salt (to taste)
    • Oil

Method :

First grind the salt, onion, chillies and tamarind in a grinder to a thick paste.

In a pan heat some oil and temper mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once gently tempered add the chutney to the pan and cook the chutney for 10 mins.

This onion chutney is delicious with ragi dosa.
