Ingredients :
- Half green gram beans
- One cup cracked wheat
- Ten garlic
- Teaspoon of fenugreek/methi seeds
- Five red chillies
- Coconut
- Tamarind
- Toor dal (two tablespoons)
- Five garlic
Kanji Method :
Add the green gram and cracked wheat, salt and garlic to a pressure cooker. Add four cups of water and cook for five whistles.
Thuvaiyal Method :
Dry fry the toor dal, coconut, garlic, chillies and tamarind. Add this to a grinder with salt and water as required.
Enjoy this healthy dish.
