Ingredients :
- Half a cabbage
- One tablespoon chilli powder
- One tablespoon jeera powder
- One teaspoon turmeric powder
- One teaspoon garam masala
- Two cardamom
- Two clove
- One inch cinnamon
- One onion
- One tomato
- Handful of coriander
- Two green chillies
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Salt
- Oil
Method :
To a pan add the ginger, garlic, onion, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and chillies. Fry with oil.
