Dal Adai Dosa Recipe

Ingredients :

  • One cup rice
  • 1/3 cup toor dal
  • 1/3 cup moong dal
  • 1/3 cup chana dal
  • One onion (chopped)
  • One teaspoon asafoetida
  • One green chilli (chopped)
  • One inch ginger (chopped)
  • One teaspoon pepper
  • One tablespoon cumin seeds
  • Three red chillies
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method :

Soak the dals and the rice for at least four hours, preferably overnight. Grind to a dosa batter consistency using water, chillies and salt.

To the batter add all the other ingredients. You should cook on a pan with a little bit of oil and cook until crispy
