Ingredients :
- Noodles (4 servings)
- Chicken (300g)
- Vegetables (bell peppers, beans, spring onion)
- One onion
- Two eggs
- Chopped ginger garlic
- Salt
- Oil
- Pepper powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Vinegar
- Ketchup
- Chilli sauce
- Vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Teaspoon of sugar
Method :
Marinate chicken for 30 mins with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chilli powder. While this is marinating start to cook noodle to your preferred texture.
While the noodles cook scramble both the eggs with salt and set to one side. Do the same for the chicken in oil.
In the same wok add ginger, garlic, onion and red chillies and allow to fry for thirty seconds. Next add the peppers and some salt. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and salt. Add this to the peppers.
Add the noodles, egg and chicken and mix well.
Enjoy this delicious chicken noodles warm.
