Beetroot Poriyal Recipe

Ingredients :

  • One green chilli
  • One red chilli
  • Curry leaves
  • One onion
  • One tablespoon grated coconut
  • Three grated beetroot
  • One teaspoon mustard seeds
  • One teaspoon urid dal
  • Salt 
  • Oil

Method :

Cook everything apart from the beetroot until golden brown. Once brown add the beetroot and salt. Cook this for 7 mins or until the beetroot is cooked.


Serve with rice and your favourite curry.
